It doesn‘t matter how many times someone says we are something. It is not true until we know it for the self. When I am My Lesson Plan, I am always compensating for my innate sense of lack by Proving myself to myself and to others. I am outwardly focused on gaining Acknowledgment and Recognition — the energies of which are only temporarily fulfilling. True fulfillment comes with Feeling Good about the Self most of the time. Journaling helps us to chart our progress; Recognize, Acknowledge and Confirm our successes, clarify our thinking and Prove to the self that we are, indeed, Learning and becoming a person we like, accept, embrace, enjoy and Feel Good about.
